TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
These Terms of Use govern access to the website 'www.italobottene.com' (hereinafter the 'Website'), including access to the e-commerce checkout section of the Website, as well as access to and use of the services and content available therein (including, by way of example: images, software and interfaces, texts, trademarks and logos, drawings or designs).
By accessing and browsing the Website, the person assumes the status of "User" and accepts these terms from the moment of their first access and/or use. By continuing to browse and use the features offered by the Website, the User declares their acceptance of these Terms of Use. Failure to accept or comply with these Terms of Use prevents further access to or use of the content and services of the Website. The User may, through registration and authentication, access a reserved area as a 'Customer'.
These Terms of Use apply cumulatively with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern any purchase of products included in the Website's online catalogue.

The Website is owned and operated by Patros S.r.l., with registered office at Via Corbetta, 15, 36100 Vicenza, VAT/tax identification number 03483570242, owner of the ITALO BOTTENE trademark.
Patros-ITALO BOTTENE reserves the right, at any time, without any form of prior notice and without any obligation to pay compensation and at its sole discretion, to close the Website and/or make any changes and/or additions to its content that it deems appropriate.
